RMS, a leading provider in services for individuals with developmental disabilities, is seeking outstanding applicants to join our growing organization
The Support Associate is responsible for providing supervision, support, and assistance to consumers as prescribed within the Individual Service Plan/Individual Program Plan to increase independence and quality of life.
• A high school diploma or GED.
• Current valid driver’s license and automobile insurance meeting Ohio’s minimum standards.
• Ability to maintain CPR, First Aid, and medication administration certification.
Previous experience with supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred, but not required. We provide training.
A variety of shifts are available including 6, 8, 10 & 12-hour shifts.
2nd and 3rd shifts. You must be available to work weekends.
